Learn essential tips for getting your research published with Prof. Dongyuan Zhao, Senior Editor of ACS Central Science; Andrew Holmes, Associate Editor of Organic Letters; and more. You’ll learn how to prepare a strong manuscript, choose the best journal for your research, and prepare a cover letter that will get the attention of the editors.

11:30-12:00 | Write it, Speak it: Effective Communications, How to Talk and Write About Your Research
Being an effective communicator is essential for getting your research out there. In this session, we’ll explore types of communicators, when it’s important to talk technical or non-technical, and tips for speaking and writing about your science. Come prepared to share your research during the interactive elevator pitch exercise. You’ll leave feeling confident about communicating your science – we guarantee it!
